特性

指令
- /plugman help -查看帮助
- /plugman list - 列出插件
- /plugman vlist - 列出插件及版本号
- /plugman info [插件] - 显示插件的名字、版本、作者
- /plugman usage [插件] - 查看插件所有可用指令
- /plugman status [插件] - 检查插件状态
- /plugman test [权限] [玩家] - 测试权限
- /plugman unload [插件] - 卸载插件（不是删除！）
- /plugman load [插件] - 加载新插件, proper caps are important!
- /plugman reload [插件|all] - 重载插件(→unload→load).
- /plugman restart [插件|all] - 重启插件(→disbale→enable).
- /plugman enable [插件] - 启用插件.
- /plugman disable [插件] - 禁用插件.
权限
- plugman.admin - 允许使用 PlugMan 的所有指令
单独权限: 以下对号入座，不再赘述~
- plugman.help - Allows use of the help command.
- plugman.list - Allows use of the list command.
- plugman.vlist - Allows use of vlist command.
- plugman.info - Allows use of the info command.
- plugman.usage - Allows use of the usage command.
- plugman.status - Allows use of the status command.
- plugman.test - Allows use of the test command.

配置文件
- use-metrics - 统计而已..
- skip-on-reload - 使用 /plugman reload all 时列表内的插件不会跟着一起重载
