Dinnerbone: This may be stable enough to make it into todays snapshot. Maybe. The next step is to redo the sorting and culling of chunks, though.

Dinnerbone: Threaded chunk rendering will not be in todays snapshot, sadly, but we have a bunch of other optimizations instead :)
