说明
你自己可能早就注意到了，在Minecraft里从来就没有过真正的黑暗。即使你身处于一个没有火把的洞穴之中，你还是能看得清某些东西，因为你的伽马值是独立设置的。这个Mod改变了这一点，它将可视方块&天空亮度减小到了最低值，所以周围如果没有光源的话，整个屏幕实际上会是一片漆黑。
用法
在你安装了该Mod后默认为0模式，该Mod会有三种模式并且它们都可以在配置文件中修改
0. There is no minimum block & sky light

1. There is no minimum block light

2. There is no minimum block light & the sky light is dependent on the moon phase

配置文件也有一些别的可供修改的：

"Dark Nether" : "Whether the minimum light of the nether should also be removed"
"Dark End" : "Whether the minimum light of the end should also be removed"
"Dark Twilight Forest" [1.7.10] : "Whether the time in the Twilight Forest should be fixed to midnight instead of dusk"
"AlternativeNightSkylight" : "In Mode 1 & 2 the skylight has a slightly blue tint, this option replaces that with a slightly green/yellow tint"
"Dimension Blacklist" : "A list of dimension ids separated by "," in which Hardcore Darkness will not take effect"

如果你在服务器上装了该Mod，所有的客户端都也必须装上该Mod，客户端也会被强制使用你在服务端上设置的配置文件
