NPE when the category doesn't have any enchantments.
Destroy_Rate would not be disabled when the placeholder is removed.
Fixed Category Max and Min levels not working.
Fixed hasEnchantment using the wrong color code.
NPE from when checking for CEBooks.
OutOfBounds error when checking for enchantments.
NPE from LostBook trying to use a sound that isn't real.
Fixed LostBook sound was always disabled.
Fixed broken placeholder option.
Fixed LostBooks placeholder not working on the name.
Fixed IllegalArgumentException from dropping air.
Missing check to see if the cursor item is a crystal.
BlackScrolls only gave level one enchantment books.
Breaking a shulker box with Blast enchantment would clear the inventory.
NPE from the enchantments.yml when trying to set an enchantment to a category that doesn't exist in the config.yml.
NPE when using the /ce lostbook command and using a category that isn't a real value.
Multiarrow arrows can be picked up.
Fixed GKitz's option in shop GUI opening Black Smith GUI.
Fixed issue with the Gkitz back button not working.

- ProtectionCrystal.isSuccessfull(Player) has been deprecated and will be replaced with ProtectionCrystal.isProtectionSuccessful(Player).
Recoded how the Shop feature is handled.
- New ShopManager class to help handle the shops GUI.
- New ShopOption class that handles all the options that will show in the Shop's GUI. This does not affect the enchantment books or lost books though.
- The shop is no longer built every time the GUI needs opening but instead, the ItemBuilders and slots are all stored in HashMaps in the ShopManager class. Then the items are set to the inventory when needed.
Added new method to get call enchantments in a category.
New Methods in the Category Object:
- getEnchantmentList(); Gets a list of a CEnchantment object registered to that category.
- addEnchantment(CEnchantment enchantment); registers an enchantment to that category. This is handled automatically when an enchantment is registered.
- removeEnchantment(CEnchantment enchantment); This removes a registered enchantment from the category. This is handled automatically when an enchantment is unregistered.
